Our President and Chief Executive Officer is Chad Wachter. Mr. Wachter founded our company in 1992 at the age of 19.
Investcore, Inc. purchases large parcels of land which we subdivide into individual lots for different purposes such as homes, townhomes, multi family, commercial, and industrial master planned uses. We sell our lots to home builders, investors and the public.
